HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO MAKE?

Each furniture piece takes up to 8 weeks to be made. If it is ready sooner, you will get a notification about delivery.

Statues and paintings take 2-7 business days to be delivered.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We offer delivery to the Eastern States of Australia (QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC) for our bulkier items, and Australia wide for our smaller items such as statues and paintings.

Please contact us if you wish to organise your own delivery to other states. We are happy to help.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please acknowledge each art piece is hand made, which brings with it individual characteristics. Each item can contain irregularities including bubbles and fine lines which will make it unique. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us to organise this to be fixed. Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

We do not offer returns but will work together to resolve any problems that arise.
